My Small Business
I Started A Sticker Shop
Over the summer of 2020, I had a lot of time at home to work on my personal projects. I decided to take a risk and invest in myself with the some of the money I earned at my internship, purchasing all of the equipment and supplies needed to make my stickers at home.
Building My Brand
I started this process by creating logo iterations, mood boards, and style boards to solidify my brand.
Getting Ready to Launch
After creating my logo and designs, I bought the necessary equipment to make my stickers from home. I chose a circle design so I could use it to seal envelopes.
Packaging My Product
I experimented with custom packaging techniques and products, until I found the right fit for my products.
My Stickers Went Viral on Reddit
I had trouble reaching my target audience, so I turned to the subreddit for the show my stickers are based on. My post went viral overnight, reaching the trending page.
Designing From Demand
Redditors from my post gave me great ideas on what stickers to create next.
